Omelets ala Datil Dew
Make your favorite omelet and arrange it on your plate. Open
your favorite Datil Dew Pepper Sauce and splash to taste on top of
omelet.

Datiled Eggs
Hard boil 12 eggs. Cut each in half lengthwise. Remove
yolks and put them in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup mayonaise, 2 heaping
tablespoons Datil Dew Burgundy Mustard Sauce. Salt and pepper to
taste. Mash egg yolk mix with a fork until smooth. Spoon
into to egg whites. Garnish and serve.

Datil Dew Baby Back
Ribs
Boil a rack of baby back pork ribs until just tender (about 30
minutes). Heat grill. Brush ribs generously with your
favorite Datil Dew Pepper Sauce. Heat on medium grill for 10
minutes per side.
Refresh sauce to taste.

Chicka-Datil-Dew
Oven roast or grill chicken pieces until done. Brush pieces on
both sides with your favorite Datil Dew Pepper Sauce. Heat on
medium grill for 5 minutes per side. Refresh sauce to taste.

New York Strips
Marinade: Pour 1/2 cup Meat Mate Datil Dew Pepper Sauce into a
glass dish. Mix in 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of baking
powder. Put 4 cold 8 ounce New York strip steaks in dish and spoon
sauce over steaks. Let sit at room temperature for 30 to 45
minutes. Grill steaks and serve with assortment of Datil Dew
Pepper Sauces for extra flavor.

Raz L' Datil Ruben
Place swiss cheese and corned beef on a slice of rye bread.
Spread 2 tablespoons of Raz L' Datil Sauce on the corned beef.
Forget the slaw or kraut. Cover it with a 2nd piece of rye bread
and grill. Serve with Country Deli Datil Dills.

Datil Dew/Datil Dips
Use BURGUNDY MUSTARD, INFERNO, OR ISLAND ESSENCE.
1 -8 oz block of cream cheese (mix till fluffy with mixer).
2-3 oz sauce of your choice or 1 teaspoon of ISLAND ESSENCE.
Add your choice of green onions, bacon bits, green or ripe olives
(diced),
sun dried tomatoes, seafood diced fine, or use your imagination.

Easy Nachos
Use SIX MILE GOLD, OUTBACK RED, OR MEAT MATE.
1. In oiled skillet fry till "crumbly" (cook on high, just don't burn)
2. 1 lb ground beef or hamburger
3. 2 Tablespoons minced garlic ( I use the cheap stuff in the jar )
4. Add the Datil Dew sauce of your choice till moist and fry on high
till hot.
5. Spoon mixture in the "scoops" by Frito Lay or on nacho chips.
As an added treat spoon on some re-fried beans and melted cheese.
This takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and is a real treat!

E-Z Hot Wings & Etc.
Use OUTBACK RED, INFERNO, SIX MILE GOLD, OR BURGUNDY MUSTARD.
1. Boil wings till fork tender (not too)
2. Rinse and cool
3. In large skillet, crank it to HI
4. Toss in chicken wings
5. Add just enough sauce to coat (don't need much)
6. Fry till pan is dry and wings are sticky and good
7. Invite Byron to eat them with you
ENJOY!!!
You can sub wings for any chicken, pork, beef, or shrimp!
