Datil Dew respects the privacy of our customers, and visitors to a high degree. While we may collect specific personal or professional information (such as name, title, mailing address, email, etc) we use this data internally only. No information is sold, rented, or in any way provided to outside parties for any purpose.

Credit card information collected on the Internet is not stored on any of our computers. We use CyberSource as our Internet Merchant provider and as such we are not provided with your credit card number at the time of the sale.

Notwithstanding the above, with respect to all users of our site, Datil Dew Pepper Products reserves the right to disclose any content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (including personal information or private electronic communication transmitted on our site): (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate Datil Dew Pepper Products; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of Datil Dew Pepper Products or its users, sponsors, providers, licensors, vendors, or merchants. Shipping Information

Thank you for your order! We almost always ship within 24 hours unless it's the weekend. We ship USPS Priority mail or Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, simply send me an email with your preference.  We will adjust your credit card and only approve the correct amount.

International customers will receive an email with the additional anticipated shipping requirements identified.

Money orders will be emailed additional shipping amounts to be included in their money order.
